This page explains what data this website collects when you visit or submit the contact form, and how it is used.
Page visits
Every page visit is logged to track basic traffic and understand how visitors use the site — for example, whether someone who submitted an enquiry visited more than once beforehand. The following information is recorded for each visit:
- A random visitor ID (stored in a cookie — see below)
- A random session ID (stored in a cookie — see below)
- The page path and HTTP method (e.g.
GET /) - The HTTP response status code
- The referring page, if any
- Your browser's user-agent string and accepted languages
- How long the request took to process
Your IP address is not stored against page visits. Static assets (stylesheets, images, favicons) are not logged.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, the following is stored:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
- Your message
- The time of submission
- Your visitor ID (to connect the submission to prior page visits)
- A keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256) of your IP address — not the address itself
- Your browser's user-agent string, referring page, and accepted languages
Your contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are not shared with third parties.
Cookies
Two cookies are set when you visit this site. Both are HttpOnly and
SameSite=Lax — they cannot be read by JavaScript and are not sent in
cross-site requests.

Both cookies contain only a random UUID — no name, email, or other personal information is embedded in them.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection. Turnstile may set its own cookies and collects information per Cloudflare's privacy policy. No other third-party analytics or tracking services are used.
Data storage
All data collected by this website is stored onshore in Australia. Servers are housed in one or more of three datacentres — Equinix SY3 (Sydney), NextDC S1 (Sydney), and NextDC P1 (Perth) — and all datacentre owners and server providers involved are Australian companies.
Data removal
To request removal of any information you have submitted, contact security @ kulinsystems.dev.
